In this hands-on class, Chef Diana will guide you as you learn how to prepare amazing meals by (re)discovering the magic of your pressure cooker!
When it comes to trusty kitchen tools, pressure cookers are often overlooked, but modern pressure cookers can create intensely flavored, nutrient-dense meals that cooks in a third of the time it would normally take. If you're already the proud owner of a pressure cooker, or are thinking of purchasing one, this class will teach you how to use your pressure cooker to its fullest potential.
