What You’ll Do

Discover how the method of braising can make for meltingly tender, beautiful, fall-off-the-bone short ribs.

In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to take the toughest pieces of meat and transform them into a succulent meal that is both rustic and sophisticated.

Chef Chris will teach you how to properly braise short ribs that will always reward you with soft, tender hunks of rich meat and infused with the flavors of a mirepoix. You'll also learn how to prepare an Irish whiskey gravy for your short ribs that adds a whole other layer of flavor and complexity to an already stunning meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
