In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sharon, you'll learn the tips, tricks and techniques needed to create a three-course Italian meal featuring all vegetarian ingredients.
Begin by adding an Italian twist to a fresh radicchio salad with gorgonzola, sage croutons and an herby pesto vinaigrette. Then, work on stewing your mushroom risotto, which showcases a luxurious and creamy texture laced with rustic flavors. And for dessert, Chef Sharon will teach you how to make a traditional panna cotta infused with rosemary and topped with berry confit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
