In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to create a restaurant-quality meal using the freshest local ingredients brought to life with skills and techniques that translate across all types of cuisines.

You will begin by learning how to cook up crispy shrimp and a slaw combination that is on a different level. For the main course, discover how to use fresh herbs as you prepare chicken and buttermilk-infused potatoes topped with smoked bacon gravy, and end by expertly torching crГЁme brГ»lГ©e.

Chef Chris was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I cannot rave enough about the class we had. Chef Chris was very informative, very great with instructions, and the class was 100% hands-on! This class was so much fun and I cannot thank Chef Chris enough for an amazing first experience!

Chris was professional, punctual, and considerate! We learned new techniques, got to ask any question we wanted, and he easily integrated into our family dynamics! He was especially kind to our 18-year-old son by getting him involved and teaching directly with him at times. On top of all that, the food we prepared was delicious! Some food items we would have never purchased at the store are now on our list to try again. He shared the recipes at the end of the night. Would definitely have him back again for more fun.
