Chef Kevin and Chef Ginny are fun together and clearly knowledgeable about sushi and tempura-making. One downside is that our session was quite chaotic and took a little while to get going.

We had a fantastic time with Chef Kevin and Chef Ginny. They made sure that everyone had an opportunity to perform each step. We learned a lot and had a great time in the process. Would definitely recommend their sushi class!
