After spending two summers working in Uruguay, Chef Facundo came to the U.S. and began working in fine dining restaurants in San Francisco before landing in New York City. He worked as an executive chef in Brooklyn for five years and also competed on "Chopped" season 46.

Chef Facundo is so much fun to work with! He is super knowledgeable about food and he gives great explanations about the ingredients and methods he uses. He is a blast to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone in Miami!
