I booked this class as a last-minute activity to do one Sunday afternoon, and it exceeded my expectations! I never write reviews, but I made an account just to say that this was, by far, this best experience ever. The facility is beautiful, and Chef Stacey was very friendly, help and accommodating. Everything was well explained, so that you don't need to be an excellent cook to take this class. If you want to learn traditional Jamaican cuisine with an excellent chef, this is the place to be.

I reach out to Chef Stacy to learn more of Jamaican cuisine because I was interested in her class; She keeps her recipes simple and easy to make but her cooking style is still primarily Jamaican Chef Stacy is friendly, courteous and prompt. The class is aimed at those who prefer to sharpen their culinary skills on a small one-2-one level with their partner or a friend whilst enjoying plenty of warm hospitality Thank you Stacey.

Been to Miami for a couple of weeks and was recommended by a friend to attend one of chef Stacey class and it one of the best cooking experience ever. Real authenic caribbean dishes where prepared, the flavor, creativity and personality was on point. Cant wait to be there again, was great â¤ lots of love from Jamaica
