Chef Larry's Bistecca Alla Fiorentina might be the best thing I've ever tasted. He served this "family style," cut into strips on an oversized wooden cutting board with a dollop of homemade butter he made while casually carrying on a conversation. The Seared Day Boat Scallops were vibrant, spicy, and delicious. A nice twist on a traditional seafood dish.
His food was bold, elevated, and fun. I would highly recommend Chef Larry for a warm and contemporary experience with food.
