In this hands-on class with Chef Larry, you will learn the skills, techniques, and recipes needed to prepare a seafood-centric four-course dinner menu perfect for any romantic date night or dinner party.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include oysters and a strawberry and black pepper mignonette, perfectly seared day boat scallops swimming in your very own homemade butter, and an airy, frothy citrus sabayon served with shimmering cara cara navels, blood oranges, ruby red grapefruit, and Lillet for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Larry's Bistecca Alla Fiorentina might be the best thing I've ever tasted. He served this "family style," cut into strips on an oversized wooden cutting board with a dollop of homemade butter he made while casually carrying on a conversation. The Seared Day Boat Scallops were vibrant, spicy, and delicious. A nice twist on a traditional seafood dish. His food was bold, elevated, and fun. I would highly recommend Chef Larry for a warm and contemporary experience with food.
