Take a journey to Nonna's farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside for a truly unforgettable meal.

In this hands-on class with Chef Larry, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Tuscan farmhouse menu using time-honored techniques, authentic recipes, and high-quality ingredients.

You will begin by learning how to breathe new life into stale bread with fresh heirloom tomatoes and vinegar for a refreshing salad. Then, Chef Larry will share with you the secrets to making pasta completely from scratch as well as the trick to cooking steak to perfection. Lastly, you'll learn the basics of gelato-making so you can customize to your heart's content.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Larry's Bistecca Alla Fiorentina might be the best thing I've ever tasted. He served this "family style," cut into strips on an oversized wooden cutting board with a dollop of homemade butter he made while casually carrying on a conversation. The Seared Day Boat Scallops were vibrant, spicy, and delicious. A nice twist on a traditional seafood dish. His food was bold, elevated, and fun. I would highly recommend Chef Larry for a warm and contemporary experience with food.
