Chef Paolo

Wow, what an amazing experience! It was a pleasure having chef Paolo teach us one of his cooking courses, in the comfort of our own home, to celebrate our anniversary. Chef Paolo had captivating stories and wonderful experiences to share from all over the world. He taught us the “pro” tips and tricks for preparing a beautiful and tasty meal. The Thai food was incredible, authentic, and wouldn’t compare in taste, quality, and appearance to anything we’ve ever ordered in any restaurant. We will most certainly have Chef Paolo back for another course!

Chef Paolo was fantastic. He tailored the class to fit our interests and he taught us some delicious dishes. We had a wonderful time chatting with him and learning from him. Anyone would enjoy his class!

I have experienced several cooking classes and Paolo's session was by far the most enjoyable. He was organized and prepared. He appropriately engaged with us and made small talk while also tending to business. He gauged which of us were experienced cooks, and which of us were culinary novices, and tailored his instructions appropriately. Most importantly the food he prepared, with our assistance, was delicious!

We booked Chef Paolo to come to our house for the Classic Tuscan Farm Fare class. Chef Paolo taught for just my wife and I and there are not enough great things that we could say about the experience. He was very personable, super friendly, and overall a blast to cook with. Throughout the class it was clear how knowledgable he was in regards to the food and cooking techniques, and you could see his passion for what he gets to teach. He was great at being able to tailor his teachings to all ranges of skill during the same class. I have very little experience cooking compared to my wife, and we both learned a ton while having fun the whole time. He made cooking very easy and more approachable to someone like myself. This is something we would definitely look to book again, especially with Chef Paolo.

I booked Paolo for a special cooking night for my wife and I’s fifth year anniversary. Paolo provided an amazing experience from start to finish! We were able to set everything up at our Airbnb. Paolo was professional and thorough as he explained everything that we would need for the evening and guided us through our education on food preparation in a very personable way. We both very much enjoyed making our four course meal and learning tips in the kitchen that we will use for years to come. The food also came out amazing and we took plenty of pictures of it all. I would definitely recommend Paolo and will be requesting him the next time I use this service!

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Paolo! We learned a lot, laughed a lot, had great conversation, and a lovely meal. We enjoyed it so much that we are going to try to do this again with friends sometimes soon. Chef Paolo provided a lot of good information and shared his knowledge of knife and cooking skills with us. It was the perfect birthday gift for my husband!

Chef Paolo was amazing. The Thai food was delicious and his stories kept us entertained all night. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is extremely knowledgeable on all types of foods and wine. We will definitely have him come back for another class soon. Thanks Paolo!

Thai time with the Chef was so much fun! The food was authentic and AMAZING! I decided to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday since she loves to cook and she loved it!! Learning from a world class Chef like Paolo was very intriguing to say the least, he shared his experiences and was very helpful in teaching us the craft. Everything on the menu was a hit with our guests that night, we all found a new appreciation for the preparation of food. We will definitely be booking with Chef Paolo in the near future! Cheers.

We ordered the sushi meal for a birthday and just had a blast with Chef Paolo. He was super prepared and adapted to our small kitchen space. Loved the experience and will be ordering another learning meal in the future. What a great gift idea!

Chef Paolo was incredibly informative, conversational and well-organized. He not only taught us how to make amazing sushi, but everyday techniques like how to properly use a knife, cut an onion as well as expert French and Japanese cooking techniques. I highly recommend this experience to everyone of any level of cooking.

Thai time with Chef Paolo was an absolutely amazing night! We laughed, learned, and yearn for more. All of the dishes were amazing, it is hard to decide which was my favorite. Chef Paolo was interactive with us throughout the whole meal and engaged us in every dish which were all so fun to make. Chef Paolo is also an absolutely amazing teacher - bringing history of food and culture together, with special little tricks and secret ingredients (who would have known different types of salt actually matter)! I can’t wait to try out our new Thai skills with friends and family, and look forward to seeing what else we can learn from Chef Paolo.

We were a party of four and Italian Chef Paolo came to our home. It was a great experience! What a great guy! He is a Master Sommelier and a good teacher of cooking techniques. Not only did he detail the teaching of the recipes he chose, but he also gave detailed tips on knife skills and really answered all questions with good details and tips. We would do this again with Chef Paolo in a heartbeat. In fact I'm checking the website daily to see when he has his next menu available.

Amazing experience, one of the few meals I’ve had where every element was truly outstanding. Everybody there started talking about getting together and trying to replicate his meal (yes, it was that good). Chef Paolo took the time to explain what ingredient he was using and why. He also showed us all kinds of tips and tricks, including knife handling skills. Our group was very hands-on and he let us jump in any time we wanted, sometimes he did have to gently nudge us out the way though (yes, we are that bad). I would recommend his class to anybody; it was a very rewarding experience. Chef Paolo also kept the conversation going smoothly through-out the evening, he was just as interested in our varied backgrounds as we were in his. For me this was just as important as the meal. Everybody was made to feel like it was just a bunch of friends sitting around having a great meal. - Kim
