Great experience! Ama is very easy to work with

I booked French cooking with Chef Ama for my boyfriend's birthday. She delivered the best cooking experience to our home. We had an amazing class, delicious foods and so much fun with her. We highly recommend her!

This was my first time experiencing anything like this. I was looking for something unique and fun for my girlfriend and I to enjoy during Valentine’s weekend. I scrolled through google for things to do for Valentine’s Day and came across cozymeal. There were many options for what day, time and cuisine to experience. For our schedule, I came across Chef Ama and her Caribbean meal of curry chicken, cabbage, tossed salad and plantain flambé. We have been to carribbean restaurants before in Georgia, Virginia and Maryland but it Chef Ama has a way of bringing out the best in a dish. The experience was non stop interactions and an overall good time. Chef Ama coached us through how to prepare the dishes on the menu as well as techniques that will help us become better in the kitchen. Throughout preparing the dishes, the conversations seamlessly transitioned between food, hobbies, life journeys and travel experiences. It quickly became obvious within the first 5 minutes that this was no simple dining experience. Chef Ama created a fun and personable environment to where in the end, it was like we were family. I will not hesitate to not only refer people to use cozymeal but also make time to request Chef Ama and her culinary expertise!!!

Chef Ama and the Cozymeal experience was amazing! It was very fun and interactive and we learned a lot. My husband and I enjoyed a great 3 course meal. We would definitely do this again!

Chef Ama was Awesome! Very highly recommended! We booked the Caribbean Flair Dinner for two people and Chef Ama not only helped guide us in making a delicious, restaurant-ready meal, she made the preparation so much fun. We also were taught various ‘meal prep tips’ in terms how best to cut onions and sauté meat. We will be booking with her again!!

An awesome evening! Chef Ama showed us how to prepare a delicious 4 course meal and was an absolute delight. The food was great and she made it a fun experience. I highly recommend her and will use her again.

Chef Ama and her assistant did an excellent job! They arrived on time and set up everything! We all felt so comfortable with the instruction and the fact that we learned some new skills and tips to make cooking and preparing easier. This cooking class was a Birthday gift to my sister. It was such a Great experience to have a cooking class in the comforts of home. Thanks to Chef Ama and Cozymeal for making all of this possible! All of us were truly blessed by this experience ?

Chef Ama was awesome! She prepared so much delicious food, was thoughtful about the explanations of the food prep, and walked me through the process of her cooking in depth. I had a wonderful time watching and learning from Chef Ama, I highly recommend hiring her as your in-home chef and instructor!

If you haven't already ate her food, you have no idea what you're missing. Chef Ama takes pride in everything she makes. Her presentation skills and professionalism are everything. From weddings, parties, corporate meetings to American, African, and Caribbean dishes. You name it Ama will create it. She is the best chef I know.

Simply AMAZING. Chef Ama and her staff were on point. Showed up on-time and everything was perfect just as she promised it would be. All my guests gushed about the food, and while I didn't get the chance to eat much, what I had was amazing. Chef and her team really took control and made sure all guests were satisfied and that made me happy. I will DEFINITELY use her services again. Who knows there might be a baby shower I need catered soon :-)

Ama strives for greatness and truly relishes the culinary arts. I hired her to cater a large gala I planned. Most caterers rush the process along, lacking attention to detail and true ownership of the scope of work. Not Ama! Meticulous and hard-working, she immersed herself in the event; making sure to communicate and truly understand my vision. During the event she executed my vision with aplomb. With over 20 years of event planning experience, I worked with all manner of caterer. Ama stacks up with any others pound-for-pound. Her customer service and communication skills make working with her easy. I strongly recommend you consider working with Ama for your next event (If she's not booked working for me of course! Haha!) :-)

I use her over and over again. Months later people still talk about how great she is. If you want an experience that keeps people talking about how great your event was...use her. She is really easy to work with and brings perfection to her execution. I've referred her out and my friends love her hands down. Great food, great service, and highly recommend!

How can one lil lady be so versatile? Awesome presentation and AWESOME AMAZING DOGGONE GOOD flavors, creative dishes, from diverse traditions....African, Caribbean, Cajun and creole, ...., didn't I get something French too? Satisfying and versatile Meal preps, elegant catering jobs, and wonderful private events with special touches.... A definite gem!!!
