At the age of 20, he began his international career as a chef, traveling to the U.S. and quickly rising to local and national fame as one of the countryвЂ™s best pastry chefs. Education is also a passion of Chef Laurent's. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with young students and aspiring chefs of all levels.

Chef Laurent has an impressive knowledge of cooking and pastry techniques. His French background gives him an appreciation for proper method over heavy seasoning. He was happy to answer all my questions and gave me new insight into dishes I thought I knew well! HIghly recommend his class!
