Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Muffuletta Pizza
With pimento peppers, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, capers and pizza dough
Jambalaya
With rice, ham, sausage, bell peppers, onions, garlic and tomato sauce
Old-Fashioned Cajun Cake
With flour, sugar, pineapple, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, coconut and pecans
