Chef Michael did a great job explaining his process for creating the dishes, and made sure I knew every step along the way to creating the finished meals. His food was delicious, the presentations were fantastic, and I had a wonderful time tasting everything when it was finished. He really helped take some of the intimidation away from constructing these beautiful dishes.

Chef Colom is outstanding! His culinary skills and attention to detail are incomparable. I hosted a 36 person wedding celebration and Chef Colom handled all the catering from appetizers, main dishes to desserts. The guests commented on the diversity of the menu and how incredibly delicious everything was. My favorite entree was Roasted Salmon with a citrus Beurre blanc and Caribbean salsa. It was to die for!
