Chef Michael will show you how to make weekend brunch a simple but elegant affair.

Whether you invite friends or family, getting together with your favorite folks to cook brunch is a great way to make memories. Chef Michael will teach you the techniques needed to craft your favorite brunch staples from scratch.

Begin the class with a handmade salmon Benedict topped with creamy sauce over freshly baked biscuits. Silver dollar blueberry pancakes are just the right size for your next course, followed by fresh and crispy beignets dusted with powdered sugar. Finally, you'll craft an egg white frittata with fresh tomatoes and spinach.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
