Wow we had such a great time! It was surely a great experience~ the setting, the Chef, the ingredients, the time to just step back and zen into prep and cooking, I can't say enough about this class. Thanks so much Chef Skye, we will be back!

Skye was very friendly. I would have preferred if sheвЂ™d been a little more prepared, with real recipes to follow, and was more involved the whole time. The recipes were missing measurements, some ingredients, most steps, and some food items were missing completely. She stepped away a lot to manage some other things going on in the house which left us guessing. Overall I think it was a great day, the views were worth it, and we enjoyed our time together. I would have preferred a more professional experience for the cost, but overall it was a nice afternoon.

Skye is the plant based chef for our spiritual retreats. I have to say I was quite impressed. I had tried a steak and was going to reach for the steak sauce. After I tasted the steak I needed no steak sauce, it was just delicious by itself. Her lay out is just gorgeous, she places everything on the table with excellence and much care.

I saw Skye at a yoga retreat recently. She was the plant based chef. I had been familiar with her work. I have to say she does a fantastic job. Many are fed the most healthy foods with such great taste. I am a big meat lover but I did not miss anything. In fact I felt great afterwards. Full and satisfied. The plant based food she prepared I could tell had the protein I needed. That was the most important to me.

I was at a yoga retreat which was catered by Vegan Meas for Meat Lovers (from Skye). Good tasting, healthy food prepared with love. And a beautiful presentation! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in vegan food that tastes great.

I have been to Skye's ocean front home retreats for several years now. What a treat. The plant based meals are prepared with such care and so delicious. I cannot believe it isn't meat. Equally the exotic salads and vegetable plates are any thing but boring. The presentation is very professional. She had explained to us how it is all done. I am very impressed and highly recommend to anyone interested to try it.

I have been to Skye's stunning ocean front home taking classes and getting tips on plant based cooking for my new diet. I was so impressed on how this was all carefully put together, and how it tasted just like meat. I learned great tips especially how to make the dough's that turn into vegan meat. I feel much more confident to do this on my own now. Very grateful and I recommend this to everyone who is concerned with cooking healthy.
