Learn how to make sustainable plant-based alternatives to your favorite seafood dishes without sacrifice.

In this hands-on class with Chef Skye, you are invited to to join in on the mission to preserve the ocean’s natural resources by learning how to prepare plant based seafood sensations that benefit you and the world. Nothing fishy about it.

Chef Skye will introduce you to a myriad of plant-focused culinary techniques and ingredients while learning how to make plant-based scallops and calamari. As you continue on the pursuit of plant-based taste innovation, you'll also make a vegan spinach and artichoke dip, and chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Skye loves teaching others about the beauty and versatility of cooking with plants, and her talents have been recognized throughout the years at numerous events in Los Angeles.

Chef Skye impressed me with her ability to offer thoughtful, inventive vegan options for items such as steak and calamari. Her food is delicious and the view of the ocean from her home is breathtaking!

Wow we had such a great time! It was surely a great experience~ the setting, the Chef, the ingredients, the time to just step back and zen into prep and cooking, I can't say enough about this class. Thanks so much Chef Skye, we will be back!
