What You’ll Do

Learn how to sip like a sommelier in this virtual wine tasting class for beginners.

During this live and interactive virtual wine tasting experience with Sommelier Casleah, you will learn how to see, swirl, smell and sip wine like a pro. Sommelier Casleah will walk you through the basics of tasting as you sip and savor three different wines, including a refreshing sauvignon blanc from New Zealand, a dry rosГ© from California, and a rich and full-bodied cabernet sauvignon.

She was great - very fun, interactive and answered all of our questions. Definitely feel like I not only learned a lot about wine and wine tasting (that I didn't learn from actually wine tasting in person), but I feel like she made it so much fun as well.

Casleah, We had a fabulous time. The wines and cheeses you selected were fantastic. You are high energy and very engaging. ZOOM is such a challenge, but you made it fun, fun, fun! We're already looking ahead and planning with our adult kids and other family. Thank you.

My husband and I took a Pinot Noir wine tasting class with Casleah. She is super bubbly and fun, and had a lot of information to share! We took away some things we had never heard before, which was much appreciated. There were only four other screens in our class, which was so nice. Casleah always paused to ask if there were any questions. There was a bit of participation. It would have been nice to have her ask more specific question to try and get people involved in the class more. Maybe ask each of us which wine we liked best? Or ask up front what we know or don't know about Pinot Noir. Casleah has so much to share, it would also have been nice to have a handout or two to follow along. She went rapid fire with her information and it was hard to keep up. We would have loved to have a map of France to follow her amazing review of all the types of regions and their wines as they related to wines we're familiar with. And/or have the map on the screen with her. So over all, LOVE the energy and loads of information, would have liked a bit more participation opportunities with specific questions asked by her to engage us, and resources we could print out and/or see on screen to follow as she talked about the wines.

вЂњNo one throws a wine tasting party like Casleah! I had never been to a wine tasting party before, but I figured it would be similar to wine tasting at a winery. I was SO WRONG! Casleah taught us the proper way to taste wine, and she taught us so many fun facts about wine that by the end I felt like a wine tasting pro! CasleahвЂ™s impressive knowledge of wine combined with her amazing ability to entertain a crowd made this the best experience! It was an absolute blast and the wine was SOOO GOOOD.вЂќ
