The class offered the potstickers, chicken fried rice. Not sure if we did the secret sauce. We were also looking forward to the Mochi Ice Cream. It wasn't served...we are also Ice Cream Lovers and would have loved to try something new.

My husband and I took this pasta quartet with Chef Aaron as a fun date. We were immediately impressed by how Aaron welcomed us immediately at the door when we arrived, had a fun calm demeanor while teaching, and got to know us during the class. We enjoyed his stories about growing up making homemade pasta with his family, where his ingredients came from, his career as a chef, and some fun things he enjoys doing in the St. Paul area. The venue was clean and comfortable. We appreciated how he demonstrated the skills first and then gave us ample opportunity to try on our own, while being there to help us and answer questions every step of the way. We learned to make 4 kinds of pasta shapes and Chef Aaron made 2 delicious sauces for us to try with the pasta. We ate 2 LARGE meals of pasta (it was absolutely delicious, so come hungry!) and were able to take the extra pasta home. We left the class feeling confident in our ability to reproduce these delicious dishes at home. He even sent the recipes home with us and offered to answer any other culinary questions we have in the future, which was awesome. This class is taught by a wonderful person and wonderful chef. The class would be great for a date night, family gathering, or office team-building event, and we felt that it was the perfect level of difficulty to be approachable for complete beginners all the way up to experienced home chefs who want to learn more nuanced skills. 10/10

We had an amazing experience cooking with Chef Bonillcelli and Mark. Our Italian cooking class, just the right size for hands on experience, was fun and the food amazing! We made our own fresh pasta, delicious tomato florentine, chicken Marsala and chocolate spritz cookies. All that and learned about olive oils and the right flours for making delicious pasta, cooking techniques using the coolest gadgets and where to find them. Chef Bonicelli is generous with sharing her recipes and her resources. We only scratched the surface of her knowledge and skills and are excited to join another cooking experience with her soon.

The group learned how to make pasta from scratch, turning the dough into 4 different types of pasta. tagliatelle, orecchiette, cavatelli and stuffed ravioli. This has been the best experience and delicious pasta I've ever had. Worth the wait to taste the pasta you made with your own hands. 5 stars, would love to comeback. Our night with Chef Aaron was fantastic. From the start he made us feel welcome and comfortable in his kitchen. It was the perfect setting for a couple wanting date night or a group looking for a fun event. He lead us through cooking 4 different types of pasta, and his love, knowledge and experience of cooking was felt throughout. His experience and stories of learning to cook with his Nonna and family in Italy were our favorite part.
