My husband and I had a great time making a few different sushi rolls with Chef Pao. I honestly had never tried making sushi before, because I had assumed it was too complicated. Chef Pao made the whole process very approachable, and we were really pleased with the outcomes of our first ever sushi attempts. The whole class was very organized, the kitchen was super clean, and Chef Pao had a calm and encouraging personality that made the experience fun instead of stressful. Highly recommend!

Pa was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! My husband and I really enjoyed the private lesson atmosphere and the variety of rolls. The emphasis of the class was on assembling and rolling, with limited opportunities to slice/cut. This was 100% fine with me (I donâ€™t like using knives much) but if someone is looking to learn knife skills for sushi, this may not be what theyâ€™re looking for. We wrapped up the lesson with getting to eat our hard work along with a lovely salad and mochi ice cream dessert prepared by Pa. Everything about this experience was so chill but fun and Iâ€™d highly recommend Pa to any novice.

We cooked potstickers with Chef Pao. Over all it was good experience. It was fun. It is clear he is passionate about cooking and talented in putting together the prep. The class offered the potstickers, chicken fried rice. Not sure if we did the secret sauce. We were also looking forward to the Mochi Ice Cream. It wasn't served...we are also Ice Cream Lovers and would have loved to try something new.

What a lovely evening!!! My darling husband surprised with a meal hosted by Chef Rebecca. She helped us create a delicious Thai meal (I LOVE THAI FOOD) and we all played a role in creating this meal; we even got to keep the recipes!! Rebecca was prepared, personable and we all loved getting to know her!! I HIGHLY recommend her to create a special night whether it be a birthday, bachelorette, anniversary, team building, or supper club. Thank you Rebecca for a wonderful evening!!!

Fun event. Rebecca kept the pace moving just right without feeling rushed. Through group effort (6 individuals), we made the desert then appetizer first then ate it the appetizer (delicious) and set the desert aside for later. We then paired up to make salad and main dish. Timing was such that there was no dead space while waiting for meal to come together. Meal tasted great and simple to make and the desert was delicious and ready when main course was finished. Well done Rebbeca!

This was a very fun night! It was laid back and fun the entire way through. The recipe was delicious (and we got to keep a printed copy to try again later!) I was really pleased that we were able to make 2 servings (1 vegetarian and 1 with chicken) without much of a hassle. Plus we learned a trick for peeling mangoes. I will admit, I was nervous because we were the only couple there, but Rebecca was so friendly and welcoming. Conversation flowed easy the whole time. It really felt like both of us got to do equal amounts of cooking and the night turned out so fun! It was such a fun way to celebrate a birthday! Thanks Rebecca!

Had a great experience with Chef Pao - he is very friendly and professional, and a great teacher. He was also very accommodating with dietary needs for our group.
