Learn how to throw to an impressive Italian celebration in this team building class.
In this hands-on team building class, Chef Danushka shows you and your team how to celebrate in proper Italian fashion with a menu of Italian favorites and an emphasis on fresh ingredients, creativity and having fun in the kitchen together. You can choose for the class to be tailored as a fun team competition style.
As you and your team begin working your way through the menu, you will be able to see and taste the difference as you prepare dishes using the freshest produce available. Some of the recipes you can look forward to include a Calabrian salad and indulgent peanut butter and dark chocolate brownies.

We cooked the Spanish meal which included Patatas Bravas, Seafood Paella and Churro with dark chocolate dip. The patatas were delicious and the dip took it to another level. The paella was very flavorful and the churros were light and fluffy. Chef Danushka was patient with our questions and we learned other things beyond what the Spanish feast called for. Me and my friend had a great and highly recommend it to anyone looking to have fun and learn pro way to cook.

I gained a ton of confidence in my chicken breast cooking, and chef's fun energy powered us through! I actually feel like I could do what we did at home... and it wasn't too tough.
