The best way to roll into the culinary world of sushi making as a team.
You and your team are sure to be on a roll as you learn the ins and outs of the ease and versatility to sushi making in this hands-on team building class.
To begin, Chef Maggie will teach you and your colleagues a little about the influence of katsu-style food on Japanese cuisine. Next, as a team, you will dip your hands into a little sauce making to accompany your chicken katsu. And finally, you will work together as a team to build your very own signature sushi rolls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A caterer, instructor and private chef, Chef Maggie has found herself continuing her culinary journey in Denver. After living in Spain, Chef Maggie developed a deep passion for food. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
