WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take a culinary journey to the Greek Isles with Chef Michael.
In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Michael will take your tastebuds (and your colleagues) on a culinary journey to the Mediterranean. Under his instruction, your team will work through an authentic three-course Greek menu, making each dish completely from scratch and using only the freshest signature ingredients of Greek cuisine.
Begin with a bright and zingy grilled asparagus appetizer. For the main course, work alongside your teammates to create a traditional tzatziki to complement a Greek-style grilled salmon and heavenly smashed potatoes. Lastly, a sweet and tangy caramelized filo dessert bursting with amazing textures and flavor.
