Collaboration and creativity shine in this flavorful group bonding experience built around pasta.

Get ready for flour-dusted fun and friendly competition in this pasta-centered team building activity. Guided by a skilled chef, your team will learn to make pasta dough from scratch before diving into a spirited culinary challenge. Choose between classic marinara and creamy Alfredo sauces, then elevate your dishes with a variety of flavorful mix-ins like chicken, shrimp, sausage, mushrooms and spinach. Working in small groups, your group will collaborate to create the most delicious and visually stunning pasta plates. A lighthearted judging session caps off the experience, with everyone gathering to enjoy the tasty results.

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Las Vegas. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.

Your Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Pasta Dough

With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water

Marinara Sauce

With crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt

Alfredo Sauce

With heavy cream, garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

What a memorable and amazing experience! My husband and I have always wanted to take a cooking class and Chef Emmanuelle was the perfect fit for us! We had so many questions and learned so much and Chef was so patient and enjoyed the laughs with us. She was extremely organized and clean!! An absolute must!

Had an amazing time with Chef Emmanuelle. She made us feel right at home with all the jokes that were said and would join in from time to time. Made it truly feel cozy. She encouraged us to make the dishes our own only providing a basic version and letting us take control of the taste and the seasoning of the dishes.

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary attending a cooking session with Chef Emmanuelle. She was very informative and did an excellent job inspiring us to be creative with flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. She was very attentitive to us throughout the session. I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable.
