WHAT YOU’LL DO

Mix tradition with creativity as your group master the classics and invent new sushi rolls.
Explore the art of sushi-making in this fun team building activity that taps into your creativity and competitive spirit. Guided by a master chef, you'll prepare California and shrimp tempura rolls learning everything from seasoning sushi rice and working with delicate nori to different slicing techniques. Then, break into teams to build entirely new flavor combinations. With ingredients like pineapple, spicy mayo and teriyaki, each group will bring something bold to the culinary competition. This hands-on cooking class is a great way to bond with your coworkers outside the office and a fun activity to celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays and bachelorette parties. No cooking experience is necessary.

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.
This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Charlotte. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.

Your Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
