What You’ll Do

Fill your table as a team, learning new skills and getting connected along the way.

Enjoy a steakhouse spread with the added benefit of team bonding thanks to this immersive cooking class. Participants will gain confidence in culinary techniques to create a gourmet meal. From various cutting techniques to seasoning and cooking meat the proper way, the group will craft mouthwatering appetizers, entrÃ©es, side dishes and a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

Spectacular & fun night cooking with Chef Victor Lane! Brazilian steak, plantain chips, collards and banana dessert were all mouth-watering and we all helped make it! Loved the light hearted, fun atmosphere! Thanks for a fun night!

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

It was a really fun class! Thankful that we were paired with other wonderful people who made the experience enjoyable as well. The only complaint/issue of the class is how rushed it is and how little you actually cook/are hands on with it. The class was supposed to be 2.5 hours but they rushed it to be done before even 2 full hours because the location was closing. The final dishes also lacked much of the sauce so the photos werenâ€™t as visually appealing. For $200 I think we just expected more, especially since they ask you to BYOB as well. We had a lot of fun though!
