Team building gets a gourmet twist with this immersive bonding experience.

Invite your team to share special moments together while honing some new skills in this hands-on cooking class. For the experienced home cook to the complete beginner, participants will master the fundamentals of knife skills, how to cook meat and vegetables and other special skills like kneading pasta or making a specialty dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

Chef Michael was great. He was very personable and gave tips and shared his culinary knowledge. it was a fun afternoon. Wish it was for the Fragrant Thai Cuisine class, but learning about gnocchis was good as well.
