What You’ll Do

Enjoy a team building experience alongside a comforting meal that's a team effort.

Gather your group to build connections while learning new skills, centered around culinary cooperation and ending with a gourmet meal. The menu will focus on seasonal ingredients and building strong foundations by practicing knife work, kneading homemade dough and the proper way to sear and season meat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

This was the first time for me to take a cooking class. I look forward to doing it again! The chef was very enthusiastic and explained the process well as we worked. I came away feeling I can do this again at home and look forward to homemade pasta dishes.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Give it a 3â€¦ but only because she wasnâ€™t super nice and helpfulâ€¦and because they should let people know itâ€™s gonna be 4 people sharing the food. My table was only 2 of us. And we felt rushed at times because we didnâ€™t have extra people to assist with us. When trying to ask questions, felt ignored at times. The class was fun. But I was expecting to really learn more. This felt more like Painting with a Twist.. but for Baking. Iâ€™m looking to make Baking a new hobby. So this just wasnâ€™t what I was expecting. But for those just looking to have fun or a day date or something. This would be for them.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.

There was no class at the venue I booked. Chef was a no show!!! We got a confirmation an hour before class with the location booked. We showed up and the venue said Cozy had not reserved the class for 1pm today. Very disappointing...especially for a valentines day present.
