Team Building Activity - Spectacular Sushi Showdown

What You’ll Do

Show your team the art of sushi with a fun and collaborative culinary competition.

Chef Timothy is ready to teach your crew how to make their own sushi in this team building cooking class. He'll sharpen their kitchen skills before setting them loose to slice and dice their way to victory.

Your team will break into smaller groups before learning how to create an authentic sushi meal, beginning with a miso soup starter. They'll also prepare sushi rice and an assortment of nigiri using fresh fish. Then, the competition is on as the smaller groups handcraft an array of sushi rolls for judging. A Japanese strawberry shortcake awaits for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim arrived on time and ready to go. The food was delicious. It was the first time to have a Chef prepare food in our kitchen.
