Collaborate on a Japanese menu that will get your team rolling in the right direction!
There's never been a tastier way to get your team grooving together than this team building cooking class with Chef Lisa. With her guidance, your team can assemble for a delicious lesson in collaboration.
Begin with spring rolls filled with julienned vegetables in smoky soy sauce. Then, you'll create two types of temaki rolls filled to the brim with a combination of white rice, fish, chicken and coconut. Finally, Chef Lisa will teach you how to make a creamy green tea panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
Spring Rolls
With rice paper, lettuce, fresh vegetables, soy sauce and sesame oil
Chicken Temaki
With nori, white rice, fish, coconut and red curry paste
Fish Temaki
Green Tea Panna Cotta
With milk, heavy cream, sugar and unflavored gelatin

Chef Lisa has had a long standing appreciation for food, cooking, and nutrition. This passion led her to study Human Foods and Nutrition in college. She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.
