In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Ivan, you and your team will work together to prepare a gourmet four-course brunch menu that brings some of the best Italian, French and American brunch recipes to the table.
Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to preparing and enjoying together include a croque-madame breakfast sandwich on brioche bread with truffle pâté and sautéed mushrooms, steak with blanched asparagus and homemade hollandaise sauce, pancakes topped with homemade blueberry jam, and more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Creamy Polenta and Poached Eggs
With Brussels sprouts and a bacon carbonara sauce
Mushroom Croque Madame
With an arugula-tomato salad, fried egg, brioche bread and truffle pâté
Steak and Blanched Asparagus
With handmade hollandaise sauce

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
