What You’ll Do

Join Chef Harold and embark on a culinary journey through Southeast Asia with your team.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Harold, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a four-course menu that fuses the flavor profiles, ingredients and cooking techniques of Chinese and Thai cuisines.

Some of the recipes you and your colleagues can look forward to preparing include a hot and sour Thai soup studded with bay scallops, Korean-style crunchy chicken wings with sweet and sour sauce, drunken noodles swimming with succulent seafood, and purple potato rice cake with chocolate.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
