If there was ever a historic chef that rising chefs aspire to, it is definitely Julia Child. Gather your team for a taste of this talented chef's French favorites!
Your team will learn a bit about the techniques and recipes that made Julia Child so inspirational and unique. Teamwork is a must as everyone learns proper French cooking skills and recipes. You will be preparing classic French dishes such as vichyssoise soup with American caviar, coq au vin, and tarte tatin featuring apples. Now is your chance to honor Julia Child!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Vichyssoise Soup With American Caviar
With leeks, potatoes, white sturgeon caviar and vegetable stock
Coq au Vin
With chicken, bacon, mushrooms and pearl onions
Tarte Tatin
With apples, butter and sugar
