Ingredients
Directions 7 steps | 10 Minutes
Measure and prep all ingredients. Position the oven rack at least six inches below the broiler element. Preheat the broiler on high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Break each whole graham cracker in half. Place the halves on the baking sheet.
Divide the chocolate bar into four equal portions and place one piece on each graham cracker.
Place one marshmallow on top of each piece of chocolate.
Broil for 2-4 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted but not burnt and the graham crackers are warm and lightly toasted. Watch the top halves of the graham crackers, if they begin to brown too much then remove them from the sheet pan first. (See notes 1.)
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and press the top graham cracker halves onto each marshmallow. Gently squeeze to sandwich all of the fillings together.
Enjoy! (See notes 2-3.)
Notes:
- Keep your eye on the marshmallows during the toasting process! The marshmallows turn from toasted to burnt quickly.
- Be careful when eating as the filling may be hot.
- Upgrade your smores by swapping the chocolate bar with peanut butter cups or sprinkling toffee over the chocolate. You can also drizzle a squeeze of bourbon caramel sauce, salted caramel sauce or bourbon sauce.
