Measure and prep all ingredients.
Make the pink velvet milk. Whisk together the cacao powder, sugar and beet powder until well combined.
Add the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Slowly whisk in the hot milk until a smooth pink velvet milk forms and there are no lumps. Let cool completely.
Fill a cup with ice and add the pink velvet milk.
Top with the espresso shots.
Sip and enjoy!
