Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange the salmon on the sheet pan. Evenly spread the chopped garlic. Add thyme sprigs and sliced lemons on top of the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper for taste. Finish by spreading the chopped parsley.
Roast the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes, until the salmon is done and easily flakes with a fork.
