Measure and prep all ingredients.
Prepare the Greek yogurt marinade. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, minced ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper and cilantro.
Marinate the Greek chicken thighs. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the Greek yogurt marinade over the chicken. Seal bag and rub marinade over chicken. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Cook the chicken. Preheat the grill or stove to 425°F. Brush the grill with oil and grill the chicken until cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
