Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a crockpot, add the chicken breasts, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, cream cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Cook on high heat for 2-3 hours or low heat for about 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred or slice.
Add the dried pasta and cook on high for about 20-30 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to al dente or your desired tenderness.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese and the chicken. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Chicken thighs can also be substituted in this recipe.
