Measure and prep all ingredients.
Prepare the honey boba. Cook the boba according to the package’s instructions.
Remove the pan from heat, cover and let the boba sit for another 12 minutes.
Strain the boba and transfer the boba into a bowl. Add the honey to the cooked boba and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
Assemble the boba latte. In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the espresso shots.
Add the simple syrup and three to four tablespoons of honey boba to the glass.
Pour in the milk and stir until well combined. Sip and enjoy!
Notes:
- You can use an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker to brew your espresso. The espresso can be hot or cold when poured over the ice.
