Ingredients
Directions 9 steps | 50 Minutes
Measure and prep all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8" square pan or standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place the butter in the pan, and place the pan in the oven for a few minutes until the butter melts.
Remove the pan from the oven and add the graham cracker crumbs. Smooth the lightly moistened crumbs over the bottom of the pan.
Next, place the butterscotch chips in one layer, followed by the chocolate chips.
Layer the nuts followed by the coconut.
In a small bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, egg, vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the sweet cream mix over the entire pan. Gently shake the pan so the mixture seeps down.
Bake until set and the coconut on the rim of the pan is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
