This private chef experience features sun-kissed Mediterranean flavors without the stress or hassle of restaurants. Chef Adam will craft five traditional dishes in the comfort of your home, managing every detail, from grocery shopping to cleaning up, for effortless entertaining.

Start with a bright Mediterranean salad and homemade hummus drizzled with fruity olive oil. Next, savor orzo with sautéed spinach, briny feta and toasted nuts for texture. Then, indulge in Greek lemon chicken, roasted to perfection with aromatic garlic, oregano and rosemary. Finally, for dessert, classic honey-soaked baklava is served with seasonal fruit. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Booked the class Pacific Island Recipes with Chef Adam in Phoenix (Anthem)

Cooking with Chef Adam was such a fun and memorable experience! It was our first time taking a cooking class, and we loved every minute of it. We learned how to make onigiri, musubi, and poke bowls and everything tasted amazing. Chef Adam shared a few helpful kitchen tips, shared interesting stories, and made all of us feel relaxed and engaging. He was very accommodating, especially when we mentioned we don’t eat raw fish and he thoughtfully prepared shrimp for our poke bowls instead. It was the perfect mix of learning, laughter, and delicious food. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and interactive culinary experience!

We had a fantastic time cooking with Chef Adam! This was our first cooking class and we made onigiri, masubi and poke bowls which speaks to my husbands Hawaiian culture and some of my favorite foods. We learned a few tricks to get the rice to be sticky and loved that these were meals we could easily recreate at home with our daughter. We will absolutely cook with Chef Adam again and bring friends.

What an amazing intimate dining experience and within the comfort of a home, shared with friends and family.
