This private chef experience is proof that you needn’t dress up and leave the house in order to enjoy an authentic taste of Italy. Chef Salvador brings the richness of Italian tradition and the elegance of fine dining straight to your table.

In the comfort of your own home, a renowned chef with over a decade's experience will kick things off with your choice of wild mushroom risotto or truffle tagliolini, which is sure to sharpen your appetite for the next course. That is, melt-in-your-mouth and fall-off-the-bone braised lamb shank served in a red wine and rosemary jus, served over creamy garlic mash. For dessert? Really, it has to be a delicately sweet piece of tiramisu, layered with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and light mascarpone cream and generously dusted with chocolate. Enjoy an unforgettable evening of flavor and hospitality without lifting a finger.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Booked the menu Classics from Peru with Chef Salvador

Chef Salvador was fantastic. We took his cooking class in my home and he was a great teacher. He made Peruvian Ceviche, Aji de Gallina Causa, Lomo Saltado, and Suspiro à la Limena. He gave us some new food preparation tips and was a pleasure to have in my home. He came right on time and connected with each guest right away. At the end of the evening, it seems like I had just turned around and the kitchen, which was full of great Peruvian dishes, was suddenly spotless. I would definitely recommend Chef Salvador for your next event.
