From elegantly plated mackerel nigiri to hearty braised short rib, this menu is perfect for special occasions, intimate gatherings or an elevated night in. Family-style sides like confit carrots and charred broccolini complement each dish, leading to a sweet finish with indulgent desserts such as flourless chocolate torte or apple bread pudding. Enjoy this dynamic experience that transforms ingredients into a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
