I took this class with my mother, we has Shef Shaun come to our home and teach us how to cook an appetizer of Scallops, an entree of Salmon, asparagus, and pea- risotto, and a desert of Créme Brulee. They were his recipes that he gave to us and really emphasized that a good thing about cooing, is that the recipe can always be tweaked to whatever you prefer, so thats what we plan on doing in the future. He was a really good teacher and helped me keep my composure dealing with multiple things cooking at the same time. Shef Shaun was recommended to me by the friends who had a class with him as well, my mother and I really enjoyed his company, his insights on everything food, he came fully prepared. I would recommend him to any of my friends who want to start cooking, or even learning more about cooking. He has wonderful insights from working in a kitchen at a restaurant, meal-prep, soul-food, and especially how to cook "expensive-looking" food, really easily, right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would take another class of his.

We had such an amazing experience with Chef Leo! He was incredibly talented, professional, and made the entire experience so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious, and he did such a great job keeping everyone entertained throughout the meal. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and it was the perfect experience for celebrating a special occasion. Our whole group had an amazing time, and we would definitely book with Chef Leo again. Highly recommend!

Booked the menu Modern French Bistro Fare with Chef Autumn in Sherrills Ford
We had Autumn's Modern French Bistro Fare and it was soooo yummy! The goat cheese and caramelized onion puff pastry tart was flakey and beautifully balanced. The hangar steak wonderfully tender and paired perfectly with the parsnip puree and broccolini which our taste buds loved. Finished off with the Chocolate pot de creme with espresso cream and candied pistachios, rich and decadent. The espresso cream topping had such a light hint of espresso that even this coffee hater thought it was fantastic! Such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming up with more excuses to have Autumn back for wonderful meals in the future!
