The meal begins with a bitter green salad, featuring escarole, goat cheese and toasted walnuts. The centerpiece is a perfectly cooked duck breast, complemented by a seasonal fruit gastrique and a warm carrot slaw. A velvety celeriac purée adds a comforting touch. Finally, indulge in Marsala-macerated peaches topped with luscious whipped cream for a sweet and satisfying finish.
