Each dish balances hearty comfort with sophisticated flavor, bringing together bold combinations that warm both body and soul. Begin with a velvety potato, leek and turmeric soup enriched with cream and aromatic cumin. Savor miso-glazed eggplant with toasted sesame and grilled harissa cauliflower with whipped labneh. Enjoy a vibrant butternut squash salad with jeweled pomegranate dressing, followed by hot honey butter salmon glazed with soy and rice vinegar.
