This private chef experience takes you to the heart of Rome with just a few bites. Chef Dock showcases his expertise in preparing an elevated Italian menu.

You'll start your journey with a delicious appetizer of your choice, like a fresh salad, meatballs or soup. For the main course, choose from a variety of delicious dishes, including rich scallop risotto, buttery shrimp scampi and more. Round up this experience with a traditional Italian dessert, whether it's a caramel budino, an olive oil cake or a vanilla bean panna cotta. Book today!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

Chef Doc was amazing! We had such a great time and the food was absolutely fantastic! Our teenagers participated and loved it. He adapted his coaching per person's level of cooking experience. The food was full of unique flavor, beautiful, and the amount of was enough that we have leftovers. We will be recommending him to friends and look forward to another fun night.

This was an outstanding experience. Chef Dock was patient and very detailed with us, but the class just flowed without a hitch. It's didn't feel like a rigorous teaching, but a lighthearted lesson. And in the end, a delicious 4 course meal that I was proud to say I had a hand in preparing.

Chef was prompt, friendly, funny, & professional. My husband and I really enjoyed the hands on cooking class. Chef Dock gave us so many great cooking tips. We learned how to cook muscles for the first time and it was a cool experience. The seafood pasta was delicious. The homemade Caesar dressing was to die for. The charcuterie board was fun to make. Last but not least, my husband really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake. Jist communicate exactly what you want/expect & he will make it happen. We would recommend Chef Doc 10 times over. Great experience

This is our second experience using Cozymeal. Each has been unique and amazing! Chef Dock was prompt, professional, cordial, engaging, prepared and the food was delicious! We never had a sous vide prepared meal before, so this was totally new for us. I will definitely recommend and use Cozymeal again.

Not only did Chef Dock provide an outstanding meal (wedge salad with homemade dressing, incredible surf & turf of lobster tail, shrimp and steak over roasted asparagus and garlic potatoes, finished with a homemade blackberry cobbler), he was a wonderful conversationalist, talking about cooking, his career path and more. Wow! Chef Dock was amazing. I was nervous because he was listed as a new chef with Cozymeal but he blew our socks off. Rest assured he has years of experience as a chef before joining Cozymeal and you will taste the expertise. Chef Dock does not disappoint! The food was delectable. My extremely hard-to-impress partner exclaimed it was better than most restaurants, and we have dined with the best. We had so much fun hearing Chef DockвЂ™s stories and meeting with the other couple (socially distanced, of course). 10 out of 10 Chef Dock! My sisters and I had an excellent experience with Chef Dock! He was very friendly and patient throughout the entire process. He was kind enough to answer all of our cooking questions and offered us many tips to improve our experience in the kitchen.
