Seared hamachi wrapped in shiso leaf with tangy chutney and a classic scallop ceviche made creamy with coconut milk begin the meal. Savory courses include pork belly with a miso-almond glaze, Peruvian jidori chicken roasted to perfection and Marsala-braised short rib. Refresh your palate with scallop crudo with apples and sunflower seeds. An indulgent spiced chai toffee bread pudding finishes the meal with dessert decadence.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
