Private Chef - New American Cuisine
Chef Rick showcases a fresh take on elevated American cuisine.
In this private cooking class, Chef Rick creates a meal inspired by classic American fare. You’ll start with a fresh salad of local valley greens and plump tomatoes topped with pine nuts and a bright Champagne vinaigrette. Next, you’ll enjoy a shrimp scampi with lemon, garlic, and parsley. For your main course, you’ll be presented with tender, braised beef short ribs in a red wine reduction with a side of sauteed broccolini and perfectly mashed potatoes. For dessert, you'll enjoy a chocolate chip, croissant bread pudding you won't soon forget.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
